Join us for a week of fitness, education, adventure, culture and fun.
There is no better place to workout than in paradise, surrounded by other likeminded people, all whilst enjoying the relaxing feel of the hotels facilities and the amazing surrounds that Bali has to offer.
The training will be a mix of Strength (we use Fortitude Gym), HIIT, Cardio, Mobility, with 1-2 sessions a day. All sessions are designed for you to work at your own pace and cater to all fitness levels!
It wouldn’t be a trip to Bali if you didn’t hit up the hotspots, including Finns Beach Club and Motel Mexicola to name a few and dance the night away!
There will be plenty of downtime to read by the pool, shop or pamper yourself at the many day spas. Whilst we train hard, you are more than welcome to reward yourself with a cocktail in the evenings. Your Escape Manager will be able to point you to local hotspots if you wish to head out after dinner.
Lunches - Bali is know for the many wonderful cafe’s, and they live up to the hype! Your Escape Manager will provide you a list of local cafes you can try! You can budget lunches generally between A$7-$12. If you decide to lounge by the pool, the hotel has an amazing menu to choose from, on the same budget! A lot of cafes are within a short walk and wont disappoint. If you don’t feel like moving, ‘Grab’ have a delivery service (like Uber eats) which costs around $1fee, so you don’t have to move from the pool!
Day trip to the wonderful Ubud, where you will be able to stroll through the local markets, a walk/run through the peaceful Monkey Forest and you can stop off for a picture & ride at the Bali swing! (This is an optional day trip)
We include a welcome dinner at an amazing local restaurant and for the rest of the week, we encourage to check out the amazing cuisines nearby. We will supply you with a list of amazing restaurants to suit all budgets, and will start from $15 a main meal. Our staff will head out for dinner each night to one of their favs in the area, so you are more than welcome to join!
